Adjustment of the maximum flow of the main pump of Zoomlion 205 excavator . (1) Loosen the flow lock nut; (2) Twist the flow adjustment bolt until the flow rate reaches the maximum value. Turn the flow adjustment bolt clockwise by 1/49, and the flow rate is reduced by about 13L/min. Turn the flow adjustment bolt counterclockwise for 1/4 turn, and the flow rate increases by about 13L/min; (3) Tighten the flow lock nut, and the tightening torque is 10N·m.
Adjustment of reverse flow. (1) Loosen the flow lock nut mouth; (2) Twist the flow adjustment bolt until the flow reaches the maximum town. Turn the flow adjustment bolt clockwise 1/4W.
