Causes of stress disorders:
No flow output or insufficient output flow caused by the oil pump. The oil pump steering is wrong, there is no pressure oil output, the system pressure is not up at all; Because the motor speed is too low, the power is insufficient, or the oil pump is used for a long time, the internal wear, the internal leakage is large, the volume efficiency is low, resulting in the output flow of the oil pump is not enough, the system pressure is not enough; The inlet and outlet of the oil pump are inverted, and the pump is not reversible pump, not only can not oil, but also damage the oil seal; The pump suction pipe is too small, the suction pipe seal is not good, the oil viscosity is too high, the filter is blocked by impurities and dirt, will also cause the pump suction resistance produced empty phenomenon, so that the output flow of the pump is not enough, the system pressure is not on.
Overflow valve and other pressure regulating valve failure. The spool of the relief valve is stuck in the large opening position, and the pressure oil output from the oil pump flows back to the oil tank through the relief valve, so that the pressure oil and the return road are short connected;The damping hole of the pressure control valve is blocked, or the pressure regulating spring is broken, which causes the system to have no pressure. When the spool of the relief valve is stuck in the position of the closing valve port, the system pressure will not come down.If the pressure does not go up or down in the working process, it is likely that the reversing valve fails, leading to system unloading and sealing, or caused by serious internal leakage between the valve core and the valve body hole.
