Hydraulic Directional Valve

Hydraulic directional valves are directional control valves that use liquid pressure to push the spool to change the direction of fluid flow. Hydraulic directional valves are divided into two-way, three-way, four-way and five-way according to the number of channels held by the directional valve. The absolute activity of the valve core staggered valve body is applied to make the oil circuit traffic, close or change the direction of the oil flow, so that the hydraulic performance element and its driving structure can be loaded, ended or the direction of movement changed.


How it works

1. The essence of work and rest

Working principle diagram of spool type directional valve, when the valve core moves to the right at a certain interval, the pressure oil input by the hydraulic pump wins from the P port of the valve through port A to the right cavity of the hydraulic cylinder, the oil in the right cavity of the hydraulic cylinder returns to the oil tank through the source of port B, and the piston of the hydraulic cylinder moves to the right; Conversely, if the spool moves to the right at a certain interval, the flow is reversed and the piston moves to the left.

2. The structure of the reversing valve

(1) Manual directional valve

Manual lever return is applied to change the position of the spool by name reversing. There are two types of spring active return and spring ball positioning.

(2) Flexible directional valve

Flexible directional valves, also known as travel valves, are important to control the stop range of mechanical moving parts, and also help the iron or concave wheel installed on the table to force the spool to move, so as to grasp the direction of liquid flow.

(3) Electromagnetic directional valve

The electromagnet is used to divide the power off and release and indirectly push the valve core back to control the direction of liquid flow. It is not a doubt-mark conversion element between the electrical solution and the hydraulic system.

(4) Hydraulic directional valve

Apply the pressure oil holding the oil circuit to change the reversing cutting of the valve core position. The spool is not moved back by the pressure difference of the oil outside the dilute sealing cavity at both ends. When the pressure oil enters the left cavity of the spool valve from K2, K1 turns on the return oil, and the valve core moves to the right, so that P and B are connected, and A and T are connected; When K1 traffic pressure oil and K2 traffic oil return, the valve core moves to the left so that P and A are connected, and B and T are connected; When K1 vs. K2 are both refueled, the core returns to both positions.

(5) Electro-hydraulic directional valve

It is composed of a solenoid valve and a hydraulic spool valve. The solenoid valve is used for infusion after volt, which can change the direction of the holding liquid, thereby changing the status of the hydraulic spool spool, and is used outside the Daxi hydraulic equipment.
