First, structural features

Second, how it works
Oil suction process: the plunger reciprocates in the cylinder block under the action of the swash plate. When the plunger stretches outward, the volume at its bottom increases, forming negative pressure, and the hydraulic oil in the oil tank enters the plunger cavity through the suction port under the action of atmospheric pressure.
Oil pressing process: When the plunger is retracted inward, the volume at its bottom decreases, the hydraulic oil is compressed, the pressure rises, and then it is discharged through the oil drain port to provide power to the hydraulic system.
Displacement adjustment: By changing the angle of the swash plate, the stroke of the plunger can be changed, and the displacement of the pump can be adjusted. The larger the swash plate angle, the longer the plunger stroke and the greater the displacement of the pump.

Negative flow control: By detecting the flow pressure of the bypass oil circuit of the main valve, when the bypass flow increases, the pump displacement is reduced, so that the bypass throttling loss is minimized.
Positive flow control: The pilot pressure of the handle is used to directly control the displacement of the main pump, and the pilot pressure of the handle is connected in parallel to control the pump and the multi-way valve at the same time, which overcomes the problem of too many intermediate links and too long response time of the negative flow system.
Power control: According to the pressure and flow demand of the system, the power output of the pump is automatically adjusted to achieve the purpose of saving energy and protecting the engine.
