When the hydraulic gear pump is installed, the base or bracket should have sufficient rigidity. The torque generated by the hydraulic gear pump when the shaft rotates should not be subjected to other forces; the coupling between different shafts should not be greater than 0.05mm; The hydraulic gear pump should be calibrated and operated according to the direction of rotation, pay attention to the position of the inlet and outlet, and the inlet of the large hole. New hydraulic gear pumps have less initial wear and are easily affected by air bubbles and dust. Poor lubrication at high temperatures or overloading of operating conditions will cause adverse consequences and cause abnormal effects on the hydraulic gear pump.
Working fluid adjustment: use HC-8# diesel engine oil in winter and HC-11# diesel engine oil in summer, and the working temperature is -10°C to 70°C. After the hydraulic gear pump is started, it must be idling for a period of time (about 10 minutes to 30 minutes), especially when the temperature is very low, it must go through the warm-up process to make the hydraulic circuit circulate normally before adding load and confirm the operating status.
Installation requirements: The drive shaft of the hydraulic gear pump is not allowed to bear radial force and axial force (such as: the length of the spline sleeve installed and connected must not exceed the effective length, the pump power is related to the drive shaft spline shaft end coupling sleeve and the shaft spline gear The pump must not have any presence of step closure and axial offset).
The installation axis of the pump drive shaft and the output shaft of the prime mover shall not be greater than 0.05mm, and the verticality between the installation plane of the pump bracket and the check port shall not be greater than 0.05mm. The connecting piece at the end of the connecting shaft should also ensure that the coaxiality is within 0.05mm. The suction height of the pump is less than 0.5m, and the size of the oil inlet pipe should ensure that the flow rate is less than 2m/s, that is, the size of the oil inlet pipe (d=3.25mm), where Q is the pump inlet flow rate Q (L) =q - n. The oil inlet pipe and flange of the pump must not leak.
When the hydraulic gear pump is installed, the base or bracket should have sufficient rigidity. The torque generated by the hydraulic gear pump when the shaft rotates should not be subjected to other forces; the coupling between different shafts should not be greater than 0.05mm; hydraulic gear pumps shall be calibrated to run in the direction of rotation. Pay attention to the position of the oil outlet and the oil inlet of the large hole. The hydraulic system must be equipped with a safety valve, which is also slender. The fuel tank must prevent dust, sand and other debris from entering the oil and clean it regularly. The oil circuit should be as short as possible, not exceeding 500mm. Elbows should be used as little as possible, and there should be no leakage in the piping.
