Rexroth A10VSO Piston Pump Maintenance Disassembly Sequence

When using the Rexroth A10VSO piston pump, it must be properly maintained and maintained, and its working life will be longer. Do not disassemble the piston pump without special circumstances. During the operation of the equipment, if a failure occurs, it is confirmed by Elephant Fluid Power hydraulic maintenance personnel that it is the problem of the pistonpump. When the piston pump must be repaired, it should be disassembled in accordance with the specified step sequence.

The disassembly and disassembly sequence of the Rexroth A10VSO piston pump is as follows: All hydraulic pumps should be prepared for disassembly and inspection before maintenance. Place the pump on a clean platform, ready to clean kerosene and tools, and check measuring tools. Because the surface is dirty after long-term use, first remove the dust and debris from the outside, put the oil stored inside, and then put it in the refining oil to clean it. Then, disassemble in the following order.

1. Remove the screw from the shaft sleeve (see Figure 1). The O-ring should be prevented from being scratched and taken out of the spring. Put the removed parts into kerosene, and then remove the inner hexagon on the pump cover Remove the rear pump cover from the pump body with screws. If it is a variable pump, slowly lift the pump cover to prevent the swash plate from falling off the pump cover, and pay attention to the O-ring seal on the pump cover.

2. Take out the pressure plate and plunger from the pump body. For this type of pump, the plunger can be interchanged. You don't have to remember the matching position. Then take out the parts such as ball hinge, positioning sleeve and spring from the pump body in order.

3. An adjusting washer is installed between the ball hinge and the positioning sleeve. Be careful not to increase or decrease it arbitrarily, and then take it out from the plunger cylinder and the transmission shaft in the pump body. If it sticks to a piece, it can be washed in oil refinery, and then slowly slide to separate.

The brand and model of the axial piston pump are different, but the internal structure is roughly the same, but the local structure will be slightly different.
