Fault 1: The main motor cannot start or cannot reach the speed
Exclusion method:
1.If the main motor cannot be started, you should first check whether QF1 is closed, if QF1 cannot be closed, you should check the circuit and eliminate the fault.
2. If the start button is pressed, the electricity and the casing run, but the specified speed cannot be reached, the power supply can be checked at this time. In addition, if the operation is not possible, it will also cause difficulty in starting, at this time it is necessary to check whether the water pump, whether the operation handle is in the middle position, if it cannot be started, check whether the solenoid valve that controls the pressure of the main oil pump is normal, and should ensure that the main oil pump is in a state of discharge when starting
Fault two: Press the pumping button, the concrete conveying cylinder does not work or works weakly
Exclusion method:
1. First check whether the hydraulic oil level is normal, if the oil level is insufficient, it should be added to the specified position; Start the motor again to observe whether the vacuum gauge reading is normal.
2. In the shutdown state, turn on the main power supply, press the pumping button, check whether the solenoid valve that controls the pumping is operating, if it is abnormal, it should be further determined whether it is a line failure or a damaged solenoid valve coil or a stuck spool. If normal, check the operation of the hydraulic directional valve.
3. If the main cylinder does not operate when the reversing position, it can be judged that there may be a problem with the stroke switch.
4. Check the pressure of the main pump system, if the specified value is not reached, the relief valve and the main oil pump should be checked.
5. The temperature of the hydraulic oil is too high, resulting in increased leakage, decreased oil pressure, and weak work. The heat dissipation system should be overhauled to ensure that the heat dissipation effect is good.
Fault three: The main cylinder does not reverse
Exclusion method:
If the main cylinder does not reverse, check the stroke switch and its related lines; If normal, check whether the solenoid valve and hydraulic directional valve that control the operation of the master cylinder are stuck. In addition, check whether the hydraulic oil pressure of the control hydraulic directional valve is sufficient, if it is insufficient, it cannot push the valve core to move, and the cylinder will not be reversed.
